Shipping Credits not credited to my seller account
I have had an issue since last August that I have been charged additional shipping charges which have then been credited. A credit note has been raised by Grattan but the amounts on the credit never appear in my seller account. It seems to coincide with when Amazon started charging VAT on seller fees. I have been raising this at least twice a month and have yet had no response. Is anyone else having any similar issues.
