Automatic Invoice generator for Amazon sales when not vat registered
Hi - Can anyone recommend an automatic invoice generator for amazon sales. I am not VAT registered and so far have been uploading each myself which is horrific and time consuming.

You only need to upload an invoice/receipt for orders marked as from Business Customers, or if a buyer requests one.
I really don’t know if there is an external automatic invoice uploader you can use for Amazon - they don’t have one themselves that you can use.

For those orders that do require an invoice (see JillyB’s advice), create a template in Word or whatever word processor you use, with your business letterhead . Use the template to add the details (qty, product ID, unit price etc) for each order, save it as a pdf and upload it
