Downloading my listings to review keywords

I sell my own branded product on Amazon, but I am originally a B2B company and several of the companies I sell to have been selling on Amazon for some time and set up many of the original listings. I am finding that in lots of cases they havent included keywords or have included poor ones. I have over 1000 listings, so don’t want to have to check through them one by one, but I can’t find any Inventory reports that allow me to download and review keywords in bulk and then amend as needed and resubmit - any suggestions?

Hi,
The only one I know of is in advertising, where if you are running a campaign you can see the keywords being used in the search terms report.
Otherwise, your complete backup of inventory is on the Category Listings Report.
ask Seller Support to enable access by unlocking it.
Once they’ve confirmed, refresh your Inventory reports page, and you should see the category listings report will be added to the drop down menu.

How do I update the Search Terms for my ASINs in bulk?

This report is time limited and will only stay available for 7 days before it disappears.

There is one inventory report which Amazon can give (temp?) access to, it’s like the reverse of the Category Template and downloads pre-populated with the TITLE, BRAND etc etc.

I’m not sure that unless you have the BRAND OWNER role in BR that you’ll be able to view KEYWORDS, but certainly will make life easier should you choose to upload a flat file to correct and PARTIAL-UPDATE your pages
