ASIN is marked as an adult item. Request to remove the adult classification.
We have an ASIN we have been selling for 3+ years now with no issue for some reason today it has been classed as an Adult Item, the lsiting shows as active etc seller support say it is fine but its not showing in my store front and when i go to troubleshoot it says it has been classed as an dult item, seems like quiet a few sellers are seeing this issue now please can you help we have prime day coming up, one of the busiest times of the year and our ASIN is not showing up in search

same problem here, many of my items are not appearing in searches all of a sudden.
This asin is an example: B0DCTQP4ZW I can search for it in my inventory and go to the detail page but it is not appearing in searches, even in my storefront

As an update Seller Support have told me this a few times
This policy is a Do Not Promote policy. This policy blocks from promotion offensive, crude, coarse, vulgar, lewd and foul language.
However we understand we cannot use PPC on it and we have never been able to this is not the issue we are facing, it has an Adult Marker on the ASIN which accoriding to the Policy is for Adult Toys etc this is not one of those, I have replied to them
I am really not sure what to do really need some advise and help

Just to update those who are following, we have still not heard back from seller support, really not sure what to do its been nearly a week with no soloution in site, I contacted seller support again today and they just say they will escalate it etc, Seller Support confirmed via chat that its a novelty product and it should not be marked as adult product and it should be removed but still waiting to hear back

However promotion is not the issue its the adult flag is, and they just keep replying the same thing

Update
We have now been told our ASIN has been removed from the Adult Classification
However we are still not showing up in search I found another fourm saying this

1. Define all ASINs Attributes as non-Adult (Amazon did that)
2. Define also that the searchability of the ASINs to be non-Adult flag (Amazon did NOT do it)
We have now replied to Seller Support asking them to do this
Its Prime day and one of our really good sellers is still not selling due to this we specially stocked up on it so we are really still very worried please help us
If any moderator is reading this please can they help us our buisness is really suffering due to this.
