Asin Restricted after being told to change Category.

Been selling on amazon for nearly two years. This one ASIN I have been selling for a couple of months now. It was in the wrong category, and amazon made my listing inactive. I have since got the brand to change the category, (which is what was required to make my listing active again) and I'm still gated. Contacted seller support many times and still get the same automated reply below.

Can I get a human to reinstate the listing please? I have further proof for the reason my listing was made inactive.
