Violations because my scissors are apparently "surgical clamps and medical forceps are not permitted on Amazon.co.uk"

I sell body body piercing tools and scissors mostly.

I have a pair of scissors (one of my most popular items) that I sell, and decided to offer some multi packs as variation listings, and thats where the trouble started.

Amazon have removed these (Violations) additional multipack lisitngs stating. "The sale of surgical clamps and medical forceps are not permitted on Amazon.co.uk" We leveraged a combination of automated means to identify this issue and to make this decision.

I have appealed explaining that these are neither forceps nor clamps, but they are scissors.

The appeal was rejected because "The sale of surgical clamps and medical forceps are not permitted on Amazon.co.uk" We leveraged a combination of automated means to identify this issue and to make this decision.

The original listing for the single scissors is still active and not identified as something it's not, but these 3 violations for the 3 variations of the scissors I created still exist and makes me feel even more vulnerable on Amazon, if they can just wrongly identify items without any human common sense.

Is there anything I can actually do, other than appeal again?

I appreciate any help or direction.. thanks in advance
