The loss caused by the buyer damaging our product.
Our products were damaged by the buyer after purchase, and subsequently, a refund and return request was made. I believe this loss should not be borne by us, the sellers. Instead, Amazon should inspect the condition of the returned items and deduct the appropriate amount from the buyer’s account.
