Removal orders taking nearly 6 months with really slow progress

Following Amazon's directive in May 2024, requiring the removal of all FBA inventory in the UK and EU before sending updated stock, I initiated removal orders to address this. However, over five months have passed, and the process remains incomplete. Inventory removal is progressing exceedingly slowly, with units frequently being canceled, necessitating the repeated creation of new removal orders.
Despite raising multiple cases to expedite this process, the responses received have been largely templated and unhelpful. The situation has now reached a critical point. The removal of inventory to zero in both the UK and EU is essential for reinstating our listings, yet progress is being hindered by conflicting actions from different Amazon teams. One team is refusing to reinstate our listings until the inventory reaches zero, while another is declining to accelerate the removal process. At the moment there is only 8 units remaining and pending removal.
This delay is significantly impacting our business operations. I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter and ensure the removal orders are completed without further delays.
