Keep finding old seller info everywhere, can't get rid of it
I am absolutely losing my mind.
Back in 2018/2019 I ran FBA for a while, decided to quit and decided to give it another go at the end of last year. I did a full rebrand, changed official company name (through the official business register), changed the email address etc.
Now, I keep finding either my old business name and old email address everywhere. Amazon Ads, On my store landing page as a way for customers to contact me (the email is no longer in use), whenever I contact seller support, and even my seller fee invoices go to this email address.
For months now I have been trying to figure out how to get rid of all this info with seller support. They simply keep sending me to a different team and keep sending me the same steps, that DO NOT WORK and do not look at any of the screenshots I sent them or even read the issue I am having. (No I do not want to remove MY NEW EMAIL and no I do not want to remove the UK advertising account. Yes I have changed all my info accross all the marketplaces).
My old email is still shown in my Amazon Ads settings and it literally says 'unable to leave account'. It then sends me to user peremissions on the general seller central page. My old email does not even exist there anymore (but for some reason still shows up on numerous places??) and when I try to log in with this old email address I get the error: 'we cannot find an account with that email address'.
I am truly at my wits end and wish someone from support would just actually read the issues, find all the places my old info is still displayed and remove it from all of their adminitration.

I haven't seen a similar issue to the one you are reporting. I'd like to have more details and access to the screenshots you mentioned, can you please provide the case ID in which you worked with Seller Support?
