Amazon Ads Console Not Showing Stats

HI,

Hope all of you are doing great. I'm facing an issue that Amazon Ads Console not showing any stats (even don't display anything at ads group level. Just showing like a below SS. Anyone can please assist me.

Issue resolved.

Sometimes, your Amazon Ads Console might not display data, as shown in the screenshot below. You may have tried clearing cookies, changing your IP, switching locations, or even using a VPN, but the issue persists.

How can you fix it?

Try the following steps:

1. Open your browser and click on the three dots in the top right corner.

2. Navigate to 'Settings' and select 'Reset Settings.'

3. After resetting your browser, close all tabs.

4. Log back into Seller Central and the Amazon Ads Console.

Hopefully, this resolves the issue.
