Urgent : a NIKE product authenticity concern from team
Hello,
Our North America selling accounts suspended due to inauthentic concerns of a Nike branded item which we purchased from KOHL's and we sold all of the our inventory almost a year ago and also this Listing removed months ago from our seller central. Now Amazon requesting proof for authenticity.
Seller Performance team asked;
Submit the following:
-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. The quantity of items shown should match your inventory for the requested ASINs.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including business name, phone number, address, email, website, and GSTIN, if applicable.
-- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card, if applicable.
We have provided;
-KOHL's original receipt pdf directly downloaded from KOHL's and delivery confirmation to our rental warehouse.
-KOHL's address and contact information.
-UPS signed delivery confirmation that shows package shipped from KOHL's and delivered to warehouse.
-Warehouse agreement because SHIP TO address is our warehouse address.
-Bank account statement that shows our purchase & payment charged by KOHL's
-Submitted a POA about how we demonstrate for comply with Amazon product authenticity and correct supply chain (in last submission)
*But, all rejected 7 times and Seller Performance team only replying with;
---You have not sent us sufficient information that we previously requested from you to address our concerns with your account. For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods.
---Review our past communications with you that specify the information required to appeal this decision.
In past communications there is no any other information requested.
Note : An Account Health Specialist team member, mentioned about a part of our business address seems scammer on the internet and said that may be this is the reason why you were rejected.
I want to ask you is it the reason we are rejected all the times ? Our virtual business address is starting [Moderator Edit: Removed personal information]
We are so confused about this situation and Need URGENT help!
Best Regards,

1. You are rejected because receipts from Kohl's are not invoices.
2. You have now opened yourself up to scammers by posting your personal information on a public forum.
3. Doesn't matter if you have removed them, you still sold them, which is now a violation.

Hi there @Seller_W2xrqD1r0CsYr,
Thank you for utilizing the seller forums.
"Our North America selling accounts suspended due to inauthentic concerns of a Nike branded item which we purchased from KOHL's and we sold all of the our inventory almost a year ago and also this Listing removed months ago from our seller central. Now Amazon requesting proof for authenticity."
It does appear you have previously posted in the Seller Forums about the same issue of authenticity here. @Emet_Amazon had responded with some excellent information on the steps that are required of you moving forward.
"Invoices do need to meet our requirements listed in our responsible sourcing help page. Additionally we can accept a letter of authorization if you had previously been authorized directly by the brand."
"Note : An Account Health Specialist team member, mentioned about a part of our business address seems scammer on the internet and said that may be this is the reason why you were rejected."
No matter the situation or reason, the information present in your selling account must be accurately reflected on the documentation you submit.
If you have any new information or can provide the performance notification you received initially, in full, please feel free to do so in your next reply.
Also note that I have removed the personal information you initially provided, as the community guidelines have been put in place to maintain safety of not only you but all sellers as well.
All the best,
Stevie.

It's simple. You never were authorized to sell Nike. You got caught selling Nike anyway.
I've not heard of anyone coming back from being suspended for selling Nike.
