We have had a negative product review on our seller review profile in the Netherlands, and are unable to remove it in the same way that we can normally do on other marketplaces. It is putting our Netherlands account 'at risk'.

Any idea how we can get this removed so that our account isn't at risk? The option to remove the feedback is not there. I am not sure why a customer who doesn't like the colour of the product should be able to negatively impact and potentially compromise the account of a seller for such a subjective opinion.
