Approved to sell Books, but still can't list
I'm a professor looking to sell their used-book library on Amazon: I have hundreds of books to sell.
A few years ago I sold thousands of greeting cards on Amazon through FBA so have some familiarity with the process.
I tried to list my first two books today. I saw the apply for approval process and worked through an approval to sell in ghd Books. I was granted permission to sell the two books. When I click on the yellow "List item" by the approval notifcation, I end up in an endless loop of the system requiring me to request approval, watch the video, and so forth...
I got approval to sell Books in the subcategory of the book title's specific publisher.
ISBN: 0691210535
ISBN: 0190229233
How can I get these items listed? And will I need to do this process for every single book--or rather is the approval a broad blanket approval to sell books (and not need to work through the approval process for every single book).
Your thoughts?

Amazon may have approved you but that publisher may have those ISBNs locked so that only people who have a Letter Of Approval from them can sell it.

There is no logic behind the "approval needed" bot. I have a list of ones that get caught in that endless loop you speak of. Even with "approval" the book never shows up. One time they wanted me to put NoWhere as the publisher to get it to show up. Fortunately I have other sites to sell those on.
There is not a broad approval to sell used books. Good luck. If you sold things a few years ago, be aware that the platform has gotten worse and harder to use year by year.

The approval you mention is not a blanket approval. There is no such thing any longer for books.
Unless you have some problem with your account (credit card, not debit, etc), then you should not encounter those blocks for most older books.
When you do encounter one and request approval, are you instantly granted approval?
If so, you just need to wait. Several hours at least.
