ID Document Verification
I have been stuck in this process for so long now.
1) Firstly, the last name shown here is exactly the same as per my ID Document
2) Secondly, the uploaded ID document shows invalid format (.jpg.pdf) what does it mean and how to resolve this issue as my file is simple in (.jpg) format.
If there is anyone in the forum who could help with regard to this it will be highly appreciated. contacted help center multiple times already.

In order to pass verification everything must match exactly as you have entered it with all documents being uploaded.
