Royal mail tracked 48 not accepted at post office!
Since Saturday post offices across my city are not accepting parcels with tracked 48 labels (as there's a nationwide issue with them).
As I found that out when already at the post office, I paid for them to dispatch my parcels with tracked 24 instead, but it doesn't seem they scanned them at the depot (if you bring a label that you made yourself, they scan it at the parcel shop right away/ if you purchase a label add to the parcel shop they only scan it at the depot)...
I edited all consignments on Amazon to match the new tracking codes which they gave me.
What else can I do? Is the lack of a depot scan a problem?

Tracked 24/48 usually has at least 4 scans as it travels through the network, anyone of which will satisfy VTR.
Not unusual to skip a scan; seems to be happening more often recently.

It is apparently due to RM using a new range of codes which have not been made available to the post office.

It was a software problem apparently, something to do with the bar code, not all sub-post offices got the software patch.

This issue has been resolved by the Royal Mail and post offices now can scan the T48 parcels.

Greetings, and thanks for posting this here.
I'm tracking this issue across a few different threads. Based on the reply from another seller yesterday, it sounds like this issue may be resolved. Have you attempted to take your parcels back to the post?
