'Call me Back' button is not working ?
Hi, I have been trying to contact the seller support team, but the 'Call Me Back' button is not working. I messaged the seller support and received a reply to follow a few steps, which is the same as what I have been doing to get connected. However, the problem has not been resolved for nearly two weeks now. I get the following message after every attempt:
Unable to contact seller support "Your call has ended. If you need to speak to us again, please request another call."
Is there anyone here who can help or advise me, please? Thanks

Many, many others reporting this over last few weeks. Don't have any solution, I'm afraid. Only Amazon themselves can sort this. Maybe keep opening your case and ask for it to be escalated to someone / manager who CAN do something.

Yep, we are experiencing the exact same issue for at least a week. I don't what's worse- the button not working or actually getting somebody to call you back for them to email you a completely irrelevant copy and paste response a few hours later!

I'm having the same problem. they say they will call in the next 12hours, or they say they are calling and the call has ended and to try again.. I really domnt know what to do as I'm just going round in circles????
