Hello, we kindly recommend feedback metrics need to be addressed. We have sold over 3,500 units in 90 days and received a total of 10 reviews which have been negative. This type of metric is impacting the optics of our store. Especially because customers are unable to see the volume we push. Most of our negative reviews describe the delivery process such as damaged or lost items. We are convinced customers with a positive experience don't have the time to go back onto their phone to leave a positive review especially when they are satisfied. Our recommended solution is negative feedback should go against the amount of volume rather than the the amount of feedback. For example you sell 100 units, 1 negative review should impact your account feedback 10%. If you sell 1000 units, 1 negative feedback should impact your account feedback 5% and so forth. We are here only to give suggestions to help make a greater experience for Amazon sellers on this wonderful platform. We would love to hear your feedback. Have a great day.
