Im so done with verification process my payments are stucked they are asking for letter of authorisation i have submited several not excepted,
Can anybody help do i have to add my name in entire template and also sign by myself

Are you using the template they provide? If so it tells you what to add.

What does Amazon Payments UK expect to receive as a “Letter of authorisation” for the primary contact person?
Note that it is necessary to provide this information in order for your account to be eligible for selling on Amazon. We expect to receive a statement like the one below or something comparable:

every time they reject my leter of authorization im so done
this is the last letter i have uploaded can u plz chk this for errors i uploaded this now waiting for the response from amazon

my acc has been deactivated now only when i click to reactivate it move me to the complete identity info where it shows this

i think in sole propritoer there is no company name it will be a persons name on entire letter i authurizing my self

it me and my brother so its not officialy as a partner we are sole tradrers

by brother living in ireland is a registerd and paying tax already
i live in pakistan just handels the inventory and account details are of him he is registerd

now i am going to resubmit this lets see what they ask next i asked him
to print and sign this and scan again to make this in pdf format and also submit himself to avoid ip issues
