EU Seller Central deactivated
Our EU seller central account have been deactivated for 3 months now
We believe that the issue is due to unsuccessful verification for multiple uploads of Proof of Address document for beneficial owner Lucas Ullerup.
We carefully reviewed the feedback from the Performance Notifications and ensured that all details on the submitted documents exactly matched the information entered in Seller Central. However, despite these efforts, the documents were still not accepted. After four or five upload attempts, our account was subsequently deactivated without any further clarification. Since then, we have not received any meaningful feedback explaining why the documents are being rejected, leaving us without a clear path forward.
To make matters more complicated, we’re also facing a DAC7-related issue, as our business address has recently changed. Unfortunately, due to the account deactivation, we are unable to update our business address in the Business Information section of Seller Central. We do, however, possess an official letter from the German Finanzamt confirming the new address, along with our German VAT number and Steuernummer, which we have provided.
We have taken several important steps to try and resolve this matter, including:
Attempting to lift the DAC7 violation on the German (DE) marketplace
Submitting appeals through the UK marketplace
Completing our Amazon Pay account registration
Escalating the issue to the Executive Escalations Team
Despite all these efforts, our account remains deactivated, and we are still without a resolution or meaningful guidance from Amazon on next steps.
At this point, we would deeply appreciate if someone can help us on how to reactivate our account.
