How to get a refund for a Amazon Auto-Authorised Royal Mail return postage label
Customer places order (206-0275205-6860367) today 31/01/2024 at 12:39, marked as dispatched within the hour, later at 14:30 (same day) customer requests a return stating 'Unauthorsied Purchase'. Manage to recover the item from the post, so it was not dispatched, refunded the customer in full and I have requested a refund for the outgoing postage, which is straightforward.
However I am unable to get a refund for the Amazon Auto-Authorised RM Signed For postage label (costing me between £2.25 to £2.75). This postage return label will clearly not be used as there is nothing to return/refund issued.
How do I get a refund for this unused postage label Amazon purchased and charged me for which I have no control over?

You are only charged for the return postage label when it is scanned.
As the buyer cannot return the item because you never posted it, the label will not be scanned.
