A seller has some items listed for sale on their own product page, they have used our images (and images from our customer reviews) and they are using the bulk of our description text as well.

How do I report this to best get a resolution?

We are brand registry registered but I can't figure out which tool is best. If I go for Image Copyright, will the listings remain? Do I go for Counterfeit? They aren't actually claiming the products are ours, just using our images and descriptions.

We have tried to report this using Brand Registry but have received the following email:

Thank you for your report of infringement. We cannot take action on your report for the reasons listed below.

-- We determined that the products you reported do not match the same as your patent or design right.

If you believe this decision was made in error or believe a materially different product is being sold on this listing, you can report this possible violation as follows:

1) Visit our Contact Us page:

2) Select Other issues on the left side of the page.

3) Select Report a violation on the Contact Us form.

Unfortunately when we try to use the MY ISSUE IS NOT LISTED link on the contact page the form tries to walk us through a different pathway and we can't submit the report.

Please can someone help?

Furthermore, the "Copyrighted images are used without authorisation on the product detail page, not the physical product or its packaging" images in the Brand Registry Report a Violation tool is greyed out.
