Why can't I investigate lost items - I wouldn't send ewmpty boxes!

I have sent a shipment into Amazon FBA using UPS small parcel scheme and the stock goes missing and I can't investigate. For example recently I sent in 2 products that I usually sell as Merchant fulfilled but sent the stock into FAB .

1 Item 12 units + 1 Item 40 units

Amazon shows Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed - SO I can't ask them to investigate . I have lost the stock and my money.

Why do they think I would send empty boxes as the box shows as received but the unit count is zero!

This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Is anyone else finding the same thing is happening? What can we do about it as no-one seems to care ?

  • Shipment ID
  • Corresponding Case ID opened with seller support

I didn't open a case because when ever I have the Amazon MESSGAE "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed I have tried to requested that amazon investigate "

You tell me the box was empty. Which it was not.
