have tried 3 times to make a disbursement, all 3 immediately fail with this message: No disbursement was made.
And I have funds available now.
Any ideas please

Same issue. Provided bank documents then get an email confirming they had been verified but bank still shows as unverified. Unable to disburse

Same here. Went through process to upload a statement, got confirmation that the account was verified, but dashboard still says not verified and I can't disburse.

We had to verify our bank account and then after the bank account was verified, I was still unable to disperse, I attempted a few times before Christmas. I opened a chat and was given a case number and told to email SS with the case number. I was then emailed back and told to ring SS with the case number. I rang and I had to verify over the phone all my business/ bank account details and I am now able to disperse. I was told it's a 2 factor verification

it;s a nightmare and Amazon's silence is shocking, I've had a case open since 28th December and keep being told we are looing into it, i've re-uploaded bank details had verification confirmation yet still can't disburse

Same here, disbursement from 25/12/24 went through then cancelled by Amazon. Ten year + account suddenly showing not verified but locked out of banking portal to update anything - only seeing 'you do not have permission to view this page'. Going round in circles with Amazon to resolve. Pretty poor even by their standards.

You need to add your bank account again and get it verified, once done the disbursement will be available in 3 working days, it seems that all bank accounts went unverified at the end of the year and need adding again, nice to be told, but that it just the way things are I suppose.
