How to check the status of an order & reason for return?

Can somebody please respond? I would like to know the following details in POV of a FBA seller.

1- How to check the status of an order, whether it is delivered or not?

2 - Where do I can see the reason for a customer return?

Hello @Seller_AFtL68XNfQqfA,

Thank you for reaching out about checking order status and return reasons. I understand how important it is to track your orders and understand why customers return items. Let me help you with both questions:

1. Checking Order Status (FBA):

- Go to Seller Central

- Navigate to "Orders" > "Manage Orders"

- You can also use the "Order Reports" under "Reports" menu

- Look for the "Status" column which shows:

* Pending

* Shipped

* Delivered

* Returned

You can use the search filters to find specific orders by date range, order ID, or status.

2. Viewing Return Reasons:

- Go to Seller Central

- Navigate to "Reports" > "Returns"

- Select "Customer Returns" report

- Here you'll find:

* Return reason provided by customer

* Return status

* Item condition upon return

* Date of return initiation

Helpful Resources:

Returns Performance Dashboard

FBA Returns Report

Additional Tips:

- Enable return notifications in your notification preferences

- Regularly review your returns report identifying patterns

- Consider using the Returns Performance dashboard to track metrics
