Changing from a Sole Proprietor to a Limited Company

Hey guys

I registered as a sole proprietor, and now I have set up a limited company. More information is now required for verification of my account and I want to upload my company docs, but of course I am still registered as an SP.

Is it possible to change my account from a Sole Proprietor to a Limited Company? And if so, does anyone know what the process is?

I take it your sole trader status hasn’t completed amazon verification yet but you can’t now complete it as you’ve since changed to a ltd company ?

Hi, yes it is possible & I did this a few months back by following these steps from this post:

The only thing that I had to do differently was to chase them up with an email as the process for me seem to have stalled on Amazon’s side.

I also had a issue opening a new business bank account (during lockdown) and this delayed some payments from Amazon.
