URGENT: Account Transfer Button Clicked by Mistake — Locked Out Completely
Hi Amazon team and fellow sellers,
I’m urgently seeking help.
I accidentally clicked “Transfer Account” in the Business Information section of Seller Central UK. I did not mean to change the legal entity, and I did not submit any new owner info.
Now my account is stuck in a compliance freeze, and I can't:
Access support
Update billing info
Use my dashboard normally
Every action redirects me to this broken error page:

I’ve tried:
Calling support
Emailing seller-verification@ and seller-performance@
Logging in from different countries
Clearing cache, switching browsers
Nothing works — and I’m fully locked out. This is causing serious disruption to my business.I’m the rightful owner and just need help fixing this mistake.

There were i think two other posts from sellers who somehow managed to do the same thing. Can't remember if Amazon directly posted a solution, but hopefully you can find the posts in search.
