Assistance Needed: Amazon Parcel Dispute - Safe T Claim Denial Despite Confirmed Delivery

We are currently facing an issue regarding one of our parcels shipped w. Despite the tracking details confirming delivery, the buyer has claimed non-receipt .

Remarkably, Amazon decided to refund the buyer despite clear evidence of delivery. Our attempts to address this through the Safe T Claim ID: 37078-24191-7308701 were rebuffed, citing the order's supposed late shipping, which contradicts the tracking data

We dispatched the order on time using the amazon appointed carrier, as evidenced by the tracking information. However, Amazon's refusal to reimburse us has left us out of pocket.

We find Amazon's handling of this claim concerning, given our adherence to their guidelines and timely dispatch with their designated carrier.

Was the refund via an A-Z claim? if so, you can't then claim via the Safe-T Claim system.

You can only appeal the A-Z claim. In general, A-Z claims, you need at least a signature to even have a chance of winning.

Past appealing the A-Z - you would need to message managingdirector@amazon.co.uk, then would need to go via small claims - against amazon.
