Will Amazon's repricer raise my price? Or only lower?

I've got my SKU set within the Amazon repricer, to be 15 cents under the lowest price.

I also have values set in the Lowest and Hightest fields.

If I'm the only seller on this ASIN, will the repricer raise my price, to what I have set in my "Highest" field?

Thank you for your patience. Based on my current understanding, Pricing Rules only lower prices, and can't be used to raise them. You can learn more about pricing rules on the Create a Pricing Rule help page. Thank you for your understanding.
