Is brand registration a waste of time?
I registered my brand with the IPO and Amazon thinking it would get rid of hijackers but apparently not. So what was the point in spending all the money on getting a trademark and having my packaging printed? ASIN: B004P577G6 is [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary]. Does that mean any other of my items can be hijacked too?

Ezra_Amazon Can you please have a quick glance over another thread I put up that relates to this 'Brand registry contact number?' I bought the brand Decorum Jewellery as well as Decorum to fix this and still I can't fix things. Please help.
