Stock 'delivered' but never received
I wanted a return of my stock from Amazon FBA, I paid £89.24 for 171 units to be returned to me. My items got ‘delivered’ to my home but no one was here to accept them and I never seen the shipment, Amazon keep telling me the shipment was ‘delivered’ and as far as they are concerned that is it and I am not covered for any refund. Their proof is a screenshot from their computer system saying ‘delivered’ and I have no answers through multiple case numbers of any answers as to where it was left/ lost just the word ‘delivered’ from them. I gave 14 days notice of legal action and now about to do just that, It is £2500 worth of stock ‘lost’ and they also refuse to help with any addresses etc to send the legal small claims papers, any advice welcome.

Its very rare they will deliver 171 items in one shipment, its likely to be over many boxes and days, did they really send it all together? There should be tracking on the removal order page

You gave the 7 days too many. Don't feel bad about using the legal system to support your case, that's what it's there for.
It's now up to them to prove to a court that they are correct, not the other way round.
It won't get to that though. The first step will be their solicitors requesting a 14-day extension to the deadline, then a couple of days before the court date, they will offer you the money but accept no liability.
Don't forget to include an amount for your time in dealing with the claim and also the court fee.
Good luck.

It would be good if the courier status "delivered" was so easily accepted by Amazon for orders that customers claim are not received.

It's strange how they say the item is delivered & that is the end of the matter. However when we can prove with photos & signatures that the delivery happened, we lose every time.
The hypocrisy is sickening!

I am having a same situation but otherway around, UPS delivered the shipment to amazon warehouse, amazon is saying courier delivered but amazon did not receive. Also, they stated, delivery confirmation only prove that courier delivered to the amazon warehouse but it does not say amazon received it. What is this Amazon?
Amazon, we are small businesses and it effects us dearly.
