Account suspended and can't contact anyone

hi. i have had my account suspended and deactivated. we never even sold one single product. i’m trying to get through to someone but no one will speak to me. i’m desperately trying to reach out for help. Can someone help us please?

If you have just signed up then Amazon suspend all accounts until their verification process is completed. Currently taking 3-4 months for a business seller

it’s just been suspended and deactivated

i’m trying to get through via email but nothing seems to work

the contact us page keeps saying i’ve got limited access to answer questions

no one is responding to appeal either

i just need some help

When first registering ALL accounts are suspended until they check all the info you have given them prior to full verification.
When did you open your account ?, and as the others have said, post the email you had from Amazon so we can see what they are actually saying, as they have several different format emails that they send out.

Everytime i try and contact them to ask them what’s going on i receive this email

I emailed to tell them i wasn’t happy as i have been waiting 3 months and I get sent this

There is NO option to click on ‘‘additional information’’

it’s just blank.

It shows the information i’ve already uploaded but nowhere on that page does it say ‘‘provide additional information’’

i don’t know what to do?
