Listing blocked and inactive, reason is counterfit without a test buy
The listing is blocked because Amazon or another seller has said its a counterfeit item. I have evidence through invoices, receipts and confirmation from the supplier that the product is genuine. Amazon have suggested reactivating my listing under the product policy compliance page but the problem is that the listing is not shown on there.
Amazon then told me to contact the rights owner (other seller) to retract the notice but have supplied a generic Gmail email address for the apparent brand owner.
This is a general email address anyone can make and does not have any connection to the brand. I suspect that this person did this as i was gaining more sales under the Asin. For this reason i am reluctant to reach out to them. I then got a message from the other seller (pretending to be a buyer )threatening me to remove the particular listing or my account would be blocked by Amazon.
I want Amazon to look into this matter and reactivate my listing as soon as possible but keep getting the same responses when I reach out - which is to reactivate my listing under product policy compliance. As mentioned above it does not appear there.
I know the item is not counterfeit as i brought it from a reputable source and I have invoices and supply chain documents to prove this. Furthermore of the units I sold there have been no complaints or returns by customers.
This is odd to me as there was no issue listing the product. The issue has only occurred after i made sales.
Has anyone experienced similar issues and if so how have you gone about resolving it?

Did the brand on the listing match the item? It looks from some of your other listings that it may not have which could be the issue.
