Responsible Person Requirements for items that do not require a CE Mark

Hello,

We sell some luxury/premium handmade games (cards, puzzles and dice - for example) that are quite clearly at adults. For example handmade brass puzzles with very complex solutions that retail for £200. So very obviously not aimed at children and aimed at adult collectors.

As such, these are exempt from the CE markings regulations. None of our products carry a CE mark and most are made my small indie producers (aside from the cards, which are still aimed at collectors).

cemarking.net/eu-ce-marking-directives/toys-directive/

"Products for collectors, provided that the product or its packaging bears a visible and legible indication that it is intended for collectors of 14 years of age and above."

Can someone please clarify, can we continue as we are in respect of the "EU Responsible Person" Amazon rules? Or do we need to assign a Responsible Person regardless of whether they're CE marked or not?
