from Amazon'c choice to organic rank not showing up at all in search results

My ASIN used to have Amazon choice across the main keywords. Overnight, the ASIN does not return in search results??????

It will only show up if i am running PPC. First time the case got escalated and appealed, the appeal was denied because they saw

my ASIN because it was sponsored and assumed nothing wrong with the ASIN. It really shocked me that neither Amazon seller

central or the escalation team did not know the difference between sponsored listing and organic rank. I had to spend a couple of

hours explaining the difference to multiple people. Now, the case is back with maybe another escalation team. Waiting for a

response in hope of this issue getting fixed.

There is no error in seller central.

No response from Amazon. I was doing 2500 units a months, over night organic rank is gone over night. Here is the response I got "Based from our research, an ASIN is not guaranteed to be discoverable for a particular query.

Therefore we cannot guarantee the ranking whether if it is sponsored or organic ranking.

Absolute BS.
