Small boxes in big box

Hi All,
New FBA Seller - I have small bottles in pack of 10 and I have put barcode on individual bottles. Now I want to send 10 boxes of 10 bottles each in a larger box.
Can I just put the FBA ID on the large box and keep the small boxes inside it without any barcode? Please note that inside the small boxes are the individual units. Will Amazon open the small boxes and scan the bottles or will they discard the small boxes if there is no barcode.
