MY AMAZON ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED
Hello Amazon Support Team,
Our account was closed about a year and a half ago and was reactivated about 2 months ago.
After our account was activated, Amazon sent us an e-mail and told us that our identity needed to be verified again, so we should make an appointment.
We attended the meeting and received an e-mail at the end of the meeting.
In the email, they said that our identity was not verified and our account was closed.
Even though we attended the meeting with our ID and original documents, the person attending the interview treated me as a rasist because I was a headscarf and ignored our documents.
In this regard, we are contacting all Amazon channels to complain that the person in the conversation treated me as a rasist because I wear a headscarf and to request another appointment to re-verify my identity.
THE OFFICIAL WHO ATTENDED THE MEETING HAD MALICIOUS AND RACIST BEHAVIOUR, saying that he could not verify our identity without caring about us.
