Amazon refunded despite having photo proof of delivery

Hi all, Amazon have refunded for an order without checking tracking. RM 24 Tracked shows delivered to a safe place and has a photo showing it.

Amazon don't allow us to contact customers. Is there anything I can do?

There is no A to Z clain.

Amazon don't care if there are photos etc - on an A-Z with that evidence, you'd still lose. They insist on a signature, despite the policy only stating one is useful.

The oddity is the fact there isn't an A-Z. If you have a case in your case log - share that here and tag in a moderator. @Winston_Amazon - they might take a look at the case.

UPDATE.

I opened a SS case and they advised to open a SAFE-T claim.

Woke up this morning to this -

We have granted your reimbursement request for order 20..................

Amazing!
