It isn't possible to cancel an already delivered order. I take it you have agreed to let the customer keep the item ?, so nothing to cancel, unless I have missed something ?

as above, as soon as an order is marked as shipped, you cannot cancel.
You simply need to refund the customer if that is what has been agreed.

if buyer or seller cant cancel the order , the buyer can ask to return the personalised order?
