Inconsistent Enforcement of Policy – Seeking Clarity and Support
Hello,
I’m reaching out to the Amazon UK seller community and moderators for help with a frustrating issue regarding policy enforcement.
Recently, several of my dental care listings were removed. However, I’ve noticed that similar products from other sellers including amazon, which share the same title, functionality and ingredients as mine, remain active and available for purchase.
My Concerns:
Why are my listings being flagged under this policy while others are not?
What specific criteria or differences are causing my products to be removed?
How can sellers ensure consistent and fair treatment when policies are enforced unevenly?
I’ve already raised multiple cases with Seller Support (ID 10711194312) , but the responses have been generic and haven’t addressed my concerns. I’ve complied with all relevant regulations to the best of my knowledge, and my products meet the same standards as those still being sold on Amazon UK.

If anyone from the Amazon team is monitoring this post, I’d appreciate it if you could provide clarity or escalate my issue to the appropriate team.
I believe it’s important for Amazon to apply its policies consistently and transparently to all sellers. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
