Percentage Off Promotion Not Working
Hi, I've had percentage promotions set up for months that have been working well. However, the new promotions I created six weeks ago are not displaying at all. I've opened two cases with Amazon support but haven't made any progress, which has been a waste of time.
The latest explanation I received for the promotions not showing was unsatisfactory and didn't make sense. If these promotions are live on amazon.co.uk, they should be displayed just like the other ASINs where the promotions are showing correctly."
Where do I go with this now ?
As per the update received from our internal team, ASINs B0CH36JWN7, B0CSFC8R1V, B0CSK76V8V, B0CT2LQHJY, B0CH378ZRX, B0CTG4K5TX, B0CH34V9JK, B0CTG5J8M8, B0CH7ZKKNZ, B0CH7YDK8V are live on amazon.co.uk site.
They are just subject to cross-border restrictions for shipment to Northern Ireland. This is due to legislation that prohibits the export of plant seeds to NI as a result of Brexit.
