Downgrading from Professional to Individual + Charges

Hello, I am having some issues, and I hope someone can help!

1) I want to downgrade from Professional to Individual, but my dashboard reads that I am "Individual for the US and Canada", but "Professional" for Mexico. I cannot alter any of these. And I did try it on a different browser. (see screenshots)

2) I want to unenroll from Amazon B2B, but when I select the link, it sends me to an information page, and I am not unenrolled. 

3) I want to do my own fulfillment, not via Amazon, but there is NO option to opt-out or unenroll,  

4) And, lastly, my account was charged the $39.99 fee, but when I went to the contact us link, it didn't send me anywhere but the same "support" that I have filled out several times. 

If I cannot get any of these to work, I want to delete my seller account. This whole process has been confusing and frustrating, I've spent at least two work days trying to get this set up. I hope you can help, thank you!

Let me address each of your concerns:

  1. The different selling plans across marketplaces (Individual for US/CA, Professional for MX) suggest your account might not be a 'North America Unified Account'. This page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201841950) explains how to check if you have a merged account and how to merge accounts if needed.
  2. Regarding B2B, you don't actually need to un-enroll - these are just optional features (Business Pricing and Quantity Discounts) that you can use to make your offerings more attractive to business customers. You don't have to use these features. Help page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201542150
  3. For fulfillment, you don't need to "unenroll" from FBA - you can simply change your listings from FBA to FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant). FBA only charges for services you actually use.
  4. Regarding the $39.99 charge: According to this help page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G67WTAUHB9TQ9M6U), you might be eligible for a refund if:
  • You haven't used any Professional tools/benefits
  • It's within 90 days of payment
  • You're requesting 3 months or less of refunds

Note that refunds aren't based on sales volume - they're based on whether you've used Professional selling features.

Thank you for your post. You can choose to downgrade your account from a Professional selling plan to an Individual selling plan if you don't want to be charged a monthly subscription fee. To downgrade your account to an Individual selling plan, click Selling on Amazon in Manage Your Services. For more information, go to Selling plans.
