Unable to change email address in Business and Contact Information

Hello

I need to change the email address in Business and Contact Information section from a personal email address to a business one and I can't imagine how hard it is to do so. For context I don't have the option to edit it so I assumed I need to raise a case for someone in Amazon to change it. My account is fully verified.

I've been in round and round conversation with Amazon Seller Support for over a week, involving multiple people giving me incorrect solutions and prematurely closed my case without me acknowledging it is resolved. Finally, someone replied saying I should contact Verification team directly and ask them to open the Edit permission for me. I was given an email address. I thought that was sensible and wrote an email to the Verification team.

Three days later, guess what? The said team replied saying "Please do not send emails to some teams directly" and go back to Help page and open another case!

Can the customer service be any worse than this?

I do not understand why this is so difficult to change an email address, in 2023, for one of the most advanced technology company, who makes millions and billions of pounds in revenue. Why???

Need a resolution please.
