Try not to use packlink pro as they have no customer support and overcharge you without proof
As the title suggests, try to avoid using Packlink Pro.I used to use them without any problems, but after a month, I received a letter from the underpayment team stating that one of my parcel measurements was incorrect. All the data was entered correctly, and I disputed the case by opening a support ticket.
However, they closed it without any further communication. They requested proof of the parcel with the label attached! That's ridiculous! I have no parcel as it was successfully delivered. I don't understand how they can charge you as they want without any evidence.
I hope this will help others to stay aware and take pictures with rulers for all their parcels :D Have a great day ahead!
UPDATE: I received a refund from my bank after opening a dispute for this transaction, which is currently under review.
