Hi all,
We've had this email through and we have no idea what it is - it seems we have been enrolled in a subscription service, the cancel service button is also greyed out. Anyone else seeing this?.........

It looks like these guys have no reviews and charge nearly £300/month for there services!! I just can't afford to be charged by a company that haven't even been in touch - I have messaged them directly but no respsone from there Indian based company.
Any help from Forum members or Seller Central appreciated (have tried contacting..)

Looks like a scam email to me - you maybe shouldn't have emailed them back, and just ignored it ?!

I received an Oxford Win ticket several months ago. I raised it with Amazon who after several months of "Investigating" basically said SPN partners can create service tickets with anyone they want and I should just cancel it (I already had).
