Unable to access Amazon ads account
I am unable to access my seller central ads account for more than a week. Despite raising ticket on Amazon, I have not received any response till date to get this issue fixed. When I go to Advertising > campaign manager , it shows page isn't working - redirected too many times, I cleared all cookies, changed internet connection, browser everything, still no hope.
If I go to Ad sales drop down from dashboard, I can access ads account from which it prompts to select our account and country, Once we do it, it loops to same selection. Nothing can be done to access campaign manager
My case 10408443802 is still open with Amazon. If anyone know how to regain my advertising access, pls let me know. Also My ads were running and I am worried if it keeps running and burn budget. Really challenging for sellers if advertising console doesn't function properly especially during this sales event.
