Why does Amazon REFUND everybody?? Why is impossible to have a safety claim approved? I mean, it all seems to be on the verge of illegal. Some examples: Lady buys 3 sets of hatching eggs, and wants them 2 day delivery. $118 plus shipping cost. 1.) Lady receives eggs 2 days later. Lady waits exactly 30 days and asked for refund claiming she did not receive the product. Amazon immediately fully refunds her purchase. Tracking shows clearly when and where the eggs were delivered. There is even a picture of the package sitting on her doorstep attached to the tracking. I file Safety Claim. Safety Claim is denied within seconds! Denied for a reason that has nothing to do with the situation. 2.) Lady says only 7 of her 12 eggs hatched. She wants full refund. She files 55 days after receiving product. (It only takes 21 to hatch the eggs.) Amazon gives immediate full refund. I'm like "what the h3ll?". Seven out of 12 shipped eggs is a pretty good hatch rate, plus she was well out of her refund window. Filed Safety Claim. Claimed denied. Amazon is refunding 21% of all my sales to scam artist. Not to mention I'm eating the shipping cost. My account health is perfect. My defect rate is zero. My pockets are empty.......Oh and out of all the scam artist that have gotten free product, not 1 has ever returned my eggs after print the return slip. Go figure......
