Selling prohibited items
Hi all, I'm new to selling on Amazon. Stupidly, the first item I decided to try is power banks, aka portable chargers for phones. I had no idea about the regulations etc until recently. My powerbanks contain 21700 Li-ion batteries, which are prohibited. Although, my manufacturer has sent me UN 38.3 test sheet, which the batteries passed, SDS and battery info sheet. Everything seems fine and the batteries are of good quality. My question is, how do I actually apply to sell these things, and is it even worth the hassle? Or are my listings constantly under pressure of being taken down for no reason? I see many powerbanks being sold on Amazon with the same batteries.. Thanks
