I need to change legal Identity from my existing Ltd co on Amazon to a new Ltd
Hi
I need to change legal identity on my account at Amazon from old old Ltd to a new Ltd
So I can get everything ready what paperwork will I need
All shareholding and Director (me) are the same.
Also do I need a UTR for the new Company or a personal UTR?

You will need a new company UTR - personal UTR should not be required, as not all Directors have these it is only required if HMRC ask you for tax returns, which they don't for all Directors.
If you are VAT registered then you will need a new VAT number also.
I would wait until all information is uploaded and correct on companies house before you contemplate transferring the account, and be prepared that Amazon could suspend the account whilst they carry out checks on the new company.
They will still link the new and old companies to your new account, so if you are liquidating your old company you may get some problems with this also, so be prepared to provide any information that they may require.
