Change from self-employment to limited company

hi I recently joined Amazon seller account, but I registered myself as a Self- Employed sole trader, how can I change from self employed to a Ltd company? I have message customer service many time, but there is not much help. I haven’t even placed an order yet because of this issue can you advise if I should close my account completely and and open a new account?

I would really appreciate your advice who may be going through the same experience.

NO, whatever you do, DO NOT open a new account, as the two will be linked and both will be deactivated.

If your sole-trader account is not yet fully verified then you can't close it anyway. Is your Ltd. Co all set up at CH ? - as you will need the info to supply to Amazon........and yes, you click on transfer account in your Account info, but ONLY once your ltd is set up.

be prepared for not selling for a while then as this can take time you have to be verified again

I am staying as I am
