Inbound FBA shipment lost by UPS partner carrier
In May UPS partner carrier lost my inbound FBA shipment FBA181VNC1FN
Amazon kept saying to wait and UPS said to contact Amazon. After 120 days the UPS tracking system no longer provides tracking. Now Amazon is telling me that the tracking is invalid. I have provided multiple screenshots from the shipment page showing carrier had the package.
- Case ID history: 16722616951, 16630993801, 16391457591, 15987182101 (This one has an Amazon employee acknowledging the package was picked up)
Now I'm stuck in an infinite loop of seller central asking for proof of shipment, then asking for a packing slip as proof of inventory, then asking for proof of shipment again. I really need help with this. If not for my business, for my mental sanity. Thanks for reading.
TL;DR always take a screenshot of the UPS tracking page so you don't end up like me.
